I'm back after a refreshing week in Abu Dhabi, most people have heard of Dubai. Abu Dhabi is located 160 km south of Dubai and is definitely recommended, both in terms of climate, shopping, beautiful beaches, Ferrari World, attractions and a food mecca. Since my sister-in-law lives there, there was no need to think about booking a hotel etc., but since the krone is so low there was nothing much to gain from shopping there.. That's where I saved that money, hehe. The last trip was 10 years ago, so it was not possible to go on a sand safari, dinner at the Burj Al Arab etc. A day in Dubai was enough for us, since we have seen and done a lot there before.
Panir is the famous cheese from the state of Punjab. Most people love it very much. If you don't have it , you can make it yourself or use tofu, without any comparison. This is how I make it with my tasty tandoori paste .
Normally you can use any kind of marinade like for chicken, but paneer is quite tasteless and I therefore think it can be seasoned a little stronger. A little sprinkle of lime juice and you have a super tasty vegetarian variant ready. The skewer is even better with some vegetables and then the peppers are both colorful and tasty. Otherwise you can use mushrooms, squash, potatoes, broccoli etc.
