Niru started Masalamagic in 2003 with the vision of making Indian food as popular as pizza, pasta and tacos in Norway. Masala means a spice mixture and magic means to conjure. The goal is to show how Indian spices can give both the eye and the palate a fantastic experience without spending all day in the kitchen.
