Niru has created a delightful flavor from the Moghul cuisine with ground almonds and gives you a royal korma.

Tip: Mix Nirus korma paste with 2 dl sour cream and add 600 - 1000 g chicken, fish, scampi or vegetables. Fry everything for 5 minutes, add 2 dl coconut milk, cream or water. Cook until tender. Tastes great with Nirus authentic chutney, nan, basmati rice, raita and papadam.

Ingredients

Sunflower oil, water, coconut, almonds , coriander seeds, salt, ginger, garlic, tomato paste, cornmeal, onion, turmeric, cumin, chili powder, vinegar, pepper, mustard seeds .

Durability

  • 18-24 months.
  • Naturally long shelf life due to oil, chili and vinegar having a preservative effect. Opened jar keeps for at least 3 months in the refrigerator. No artificial additives.

Tips

Nirus Korma paste is the base for the gourmet taste of the Moghul cuisine. With ground almonds and aromatic spices, you get a royal experience in the gourmet dish that is just as good with vegetables as with chicken and fish. 600-1000 g chicken, fish, scampi or vegetables 5 min in 1 tbsp butter/oil.

  • Fry 600 g chicken pieces for 3-4 minutes in 1 tablespoon of oil.

  • Add Nirus Korma paste and 2 dl Nirus coconut milk, cream or water.

  • When everything is cooked through, sprinkle with fresh coriander.

For a milder taste, use less paste or more liquid. Serve with Niru's authentic chutney, nan, basmati rice, raita and papadam.
