Lunch box with flavor

Now that the holidays are over and autumn is creeping in, I would like to suggest a tasty lunch. For both adults and children. Here you can use any kind of meat you want, and it doesn't have to be any more difficult than using leftovers from dinner.

Coriander paste is also very good for fish, especially salmon, scampi or vegetables. It is mainly a marinade, by mixing the paste and yoghurt. The jar holds 1 kg of meat, so it is possible to make for both family and company. The paste is made from spices, herbs and oil that are crushed into a fine sauce. Chili, lime, vinegar and oil have a preservative effect and provide a natural long shelf life when stored in the refrigerator once opened. We want to give you the flexibility to make the dishes strong or mild according to taste, use preferred ingredients and continue the Indian food adventure in your own kitchen.

In the recipe I have used:

  • 300 gr. Chicken
  • 30-40 gr. Paste (adjust depending on how much flavor you want)
  • 1 tbsp. Natural yogurt
  • A little oil for frying

STEP 1 : Mix together the paste and yogurt, add chicken cut into strips.

STEP 2 : Fry the chicken in a frying pan. Remember to add a little oil first.

STEP 3 : Feel free to toast the bread/rolls, if you want more flavor, a little chutney is good. Place the chicken pieces on top and garnish with, for example, tomatoes, arugula or whatever you like.
