Super easy dinner with few ingredients Malai means curd, it is common to boil milk before using it in India. When it is boiled well for a few minutes, you get curd depending on the fat content of the milk. We got this curd as a spread on prantha or bread with sugar on it, because we didn't have jam or chocolate spread when I lived in India.
