Hello and happy Sunday! Have a nice weekend, right? I've been trying out a few different things lately and since I posted one of the tapas menus I've put together I thought I'd come up with an alternative. You can eat this dish with or without the tapas menu. A good side dish with simple ingredients! Not least, it's both nutritious and healthy.
MEAT PASTRY ROULATE
400 g minced meat
50 g red onion
2 tablespoons coriander paste
3-4 tablespoons cottage cheese
20 g spinach
Procedure:
Mix everything and spread out in a baking dish or foil.
Fill with cottage cheese and desired vegetables.
Bake for 15-20 minutes at 225 degrees. The baking time depends on the minced meat and the oven, so keep an eye on it. I baked in hot air.
Can be served with papadam and raita . Optional rice , jeera alu , daal and naan . Roti also works well! Of course also as tapas. Lots of luck! :) Have a nice Sunday ahead.
