How about a little twist on sausages today? When you grill, it's so common to have "waiting sausages". I usually serve them with some coriander potato salad and mango & lime chutney, so there's a little change in the taste.
My dad preferred fresh chili or my chili pickle. He actually carried fresh chili in his pocket when we visited someone who didn't serve spicy food. Then he just had to pull out his own, so that the meal was spicy enough for him! The next time he visited the same people, they made sure to have something spicy to serve with the food. In his lunch box, he actually had slices of bread with goat cheese and chili pickle!!
Hi! Today I'm in a fusion mood again, pork is on the wish list from the pod and something that is rarely used in northern India. You can indeed find dishes with pork in western India, or rather in beautiful Goa which is India's answer to the south. It was on the west/south coast that Vasco Da Gama set foot (and thought he had reached Australia!). Incidentally, it was the Portuguese who brought chili with them, I have heard. Thus the vindaalo strength arose.

Sandwich actually means a light meal consisting of two slices of bread with some filling (between two slices of bread), while here at home it is more commonly used to mean a sandwich. So it would be wrong to call it a rib sandwich, even though it sounds very nice. Rib sandwich is a more correct term or what do you think?
Lamb season is here to the delight of many meat-loving palates. It's not a favorite at my house, but this stew actually got a good score since it was completely different from what I've served before. I got the tip from stew that contains vegetables and meat while I've used 3 types of lentils and pumpkin instead of potatoes. The spices are kind of a must then
