Drink
Lassi means a drink made from fermented milk, it can be sweet or spicy. This type of drink goes great with spicy food because it balances the digestive system. When we eat strong spices, the temperature in the body increases and when you eat raita or drink lassi you cool down. I think kefir or buttermilk are best, natural yogurt is too sour in taste.
Mango again, yes here is a supplement to my mango mania. I have previously told you about thandaai and even though it is not so hot but we are in July, it is nice to have a cool drink. That is exactly what mango thandaai is, but quite filling since it contains some nuts. If you have a nut allergy, you can skip these and thus get fewer calories. If you want a light variant, you can use skimmed milk or other vegan variants. I have used lactose-free skimmed milk. If there is something you do not like or have of spices and nuts, it can be omitted. It will just be less flavorful than the original.

Lime or lemon juice for flavoring is optional, lime does not have as intense a taste as lemon. I used lime.
