Dessert

Magiske mangopiker
Magical, yes that's the world of food for me. How with small simple tricks and variations you can make a dish more tasty and experience-rich. It certainly challenges me to be curious and creative about; how will it taste if I do this or that.
Mango chuski // Mango slush
In the summer it gets incredibly hot in India. I have experienced 48 degrees Celsius in Rajasthan. It is so hot that even if you drink cold water, you feel thirsty. You can shower in cold water and cool down for a few minutes, then when you get out of the shower after getting dressed etc. you are just as sweaty again! Once the air conditioning system on the car we rented went out and we were driving a distance of 41 km (from Ghaziabad to Delhi). When stopped at traffic lights, it was almost like sitting in a sauna with your clothes on.
Mango barfi (vegan)
The post contains advertising links. Easter dessert all year round Now you are wondering what this has to do with Easter, really nothing other than the color yellow. In India it is said that the color yellow is health food for our chakra Solar Plexus (chakra = energy point). Easter or Diwali the point is to inspire with a new recipe Please enjoy a delicious, quick, new vegan dessert.
Kokos og sjokolade laddo
This is fusion at its best! Here's something that I've been sooo happy with and just in time for Diwali on Sunday. Listen to this, wheat-free (yes, I've learned that it's better than writing gluten-free!), egg-free and dairy-free. Admittedly, I've had ground almonds, but they can be dropped in favor of more coconut pulp. AND, after tasting these, I got several new ideas (coming soon to the blog).
Gajar ka halwa
Gajar means carrot and halwa actually means porridge, but is used for a dessert that can be made from different things. Today I will teach you how to make a beloved and well-known dessert from Punjab – halwa made from carrots. It is a myth that Indian food takes a long time to make and when making this halwa, you have to be patient. The myth was true until the food processor was invented, today most things can be made in an hour or less, as long as you have a little order in the kitchen and some electrical helpers.
Fruktfat med mango og ristede nøtter
This dessert is sooo easy, made in a jiffy, gluten, egg and dairy free. Admittedly, there are nuts on top, which can be omitted if you have an allergy.
