This dessert is sooo easy, made in a jiffy, gluten, egg and dairy free. Admittedly, there are nuts on top, which can be omitted if you have an allergy.
Use whatever fruit you have in the house, absolutely everything tastes good. Feel free to use fruit that you've grown a little tired of or is very ripe. Cut the fruit into a bowl or portioned bowl, garnish with delicious mango puree and toasted nuts of the kind you like. I used apple, banana, pear, grapes, melon, mango puree and toasted almonds without salt.
If you are going to let the fruit sit for a while before serving, it is a good idea to sprinkle it with a few drops of lime so that the fruit does not turn dark. Try it with gluten-free chickpea flour waffles, for example. Mango puree means that you do not need any sauce or cream in addition, the fruit composition gives both sweet and sour taste. Topped with toasted nuts, you get a crispy finish to all the flavors.
I enjoy a fruit day a week, so this is a regular on the menu on Mondays.
