Papadam with cumin
Nirus papadam is a gluten- and lactose-free flatbread made from lentil flour. These can be used as an appetizer for soup, salad, taco or as a side dish for any meal where bread or flatbread is natural. Papadam with cumin is made with whole seeds which gives an exciting flavor without being strong.
The tasty flatbread can be used as a healthy snack or a tasty cracker for the cheese board. In India, papadams are eaten while waiting for your food and are recommended with our authentic chutneys and Niru's raita mix.
Each package contains 10 loaves that are sun-dried. Preparation is done quickly in a preheated oven at 250 ° barely 30-40 seconds straight on a griddle, oil or water is not necessary. When stored dry in an airtight box, they can last for several weeks. Since the main ingredient is lentil flour, it is a healthy protein supplement in the daily diet.
