Ingredients

Tomatoes, cashews , ginger, sunflower oil, salt, garlic, garam masala, cumin, chili powder, turmeric, mace, nutmeg, vinegar.

Durability

Tips

Nirus Tikka masala paste is the base for the gourmet sauce from the North Indian cuisine of Punjab. The aromatic spices and cashew nuts give you the authentic taste of the festive dish that is just as good with vegetables as it is with chicken and fish.

• Fry 600 g chicken, fish, scampi or vegetables for 5 minutes in 1 tablespoon of oil.
• Add 200 g Tikka masala paste and 2 dl sour cream, Nirus coconut milk or cream.
• When everything is cooked through, sprinkle with cashew nuts and fresh coriander.

For a milder taste, use more chicken. Serve with Niru's authentic chutney, handmade naan, basmati rice, raita and papadam
