Nirus papadam original 125 g
Nirus papadam is a gluten- and lactose-free flatbread made from lentil flour. Try it as a side dish for soup, salad and tacos. Papadam original is a child-friendly flavor and goes especially well with cured meats, for example.
The tasty flatbread can be used as a healthy snack or a tasty cracker for the cheese board. In India, papadams are eaten while waiting for your food and are recommended with our authentic chutneys and Niru's raita mix.
Each package contains 10 loaves that are sun-dried. Bake for 30-40 seconds on a wire rack in a preheated oven at 250 ° . When stored dry in an airtight box, they can last for several weeks. Since the main ingredient is lentil flour, it is a healthy protein supplement in the daily diet. Per 100 gr. they provide 18 gr. protein and only 1 gr. fat.
