Nirus Chickpea Flour 500g

Nirus chickpea flour is a gluten-free and protein-rich flour made from gram lentils that, in addition to Indian dishes, can be used to thicken soups, sauces and gluten-free baking. Especially gluten-free naan.

Nirus chickpea flour is a pure flour made from lentils, it is very rich in protein. Per 100 gr it contains 23 gr of protein.

The flour can be used for waffles, pancakes and other baking, but should not be replaced with as much as wheat flour. Since it is gluten-free, it has little binding power and for baking with yeast, a combination with fiber husk is recommended.
