Ingredients

• Opened jar will keep for 1-2 days in the refrigerator. No artificial additives.

Tips

• Fry 400 g chicken, fish, scampi or vegetables for 5 minutes in 1 tablespoon butter/oil.
• Add Nirus Butter chicken sauce and cook for about 15 minutes.
• When everything is cooked through, garnish with fresh coriander and optionally a sprinkle of cashew nuts.
• Serve with Niru's authentic chutney, handmade naan, basmati rice, raita and papadam.
