Durability

Tips

• Fry 600-1000 g chicken, fish, scampi or vegetables for 5 minutes in 1 tablespoon butter/oil.
• Add 200 g Butter chicken paste and 3 dl cream or Nirus coconut milk.
• When everything is cooked through, sprinkle with cashew nuts and fresh coriander.
• For a milder taste, use less paste or more chicken. Serve with Niru's authentic chutney, nan, basmati rice, raita and papadam.
