Street Food
Fusion food is found in all world cuisines. This is a modern term, but it is something that has existed for all the years of the Lord. Sailors traveled the world and brought spices and eating habits home with them. Flavors or spices that were exciting were used in traditional food. Fish balls in white sauce with curry are a classic example and can definitely be called fusion food. Some people found love on the other side of the globe and brought a new world of food with their partner. Not only do people take habits from abroad, but they also leave their food traditions behind, and we also find many such examples in Indian cuisine.
