Ham roast is part of Christmas and I have now made my second variation. A little more spice than usual, but got really good feedback. It was eaten up in no time.

It's so cool to serve food on skewers, I think it's also practical. You don't have to present the food in different bowls and it looks quite delicious if you put together a few different colors.
