Mango thandaai
Mango again, yes here is a supplement to my mango mania. I have previously told you about thandaai and even though it is not so hot but we are in July, it is nice to have a cool drink. That is exactly what mango thandaai is, but quite filling since it contains some nuts. If you have a nut allergy, you can skip these and thus get fewer calories. If you want a light variant, you can use skimmed milk or other vegan variants. I have used lactose-free skimmed milk. If there is something you do not like or have of spices and nuts, it can be omitted. It will just be less flavorful than the original. 
Jordbær lassi
Lassi is a cool drink made from fermented milk. Basically, you can make it with different fruits, but it is not guaranteed that everything will taste so good? Mango lassi , banana lassi, sweet or mint lassi for example.
Choclate chai
This drink is, as you can see from the name, a real fusion experience of a traditional chai and chocolate flavor! If you are lactose intolerant, oat cream or rice milk can be used. I think soy milk gives a slightly too thick consistency. Even though there is not much milk or cream, it gives a good feeling of satiety. It can actually also be enjoyed cold, which I can never do with traditional chai or coffee, it has to be piping hot. The sugar can of course be omitted.
