Green dinner

Hi everyone! I know it's been quiet here on the blog the last few days. I've been a bit busy, but I promise to come back stronger next week :) I thought I'd share a tasty, but very simple recipe with you. It's definitely been used on some hectic days at home.

This is what you need:

1 package salmon fillet (4 pieces)

1-2 tablespoons coriander paste (depending on how much flavor you want)

4 tablespoons Turkish yogurt

Pasta/spaghetti

When you get tired of minced meat and spaghetti, this is a good variation to use. Cook pasta as usual, drain the water. Add 1-2 tablespoons of coriander paste and keep it warm.

Mix together 2 tablespoons coriander paste and 4 tablespoons Turkish yogurt. Brush this marinade over the salmon and pan fry. If you have time to marinate for a few hours or overnight, it will be even better.
You can also put the salmon in a preheated oven at 200 ° for 10 minutes.

Place pasta on a plate, garnish with the fish. Onion rings, cherry tomatoes and arugula taste good as a topping, coriander is not necessary but I can't help myself. If you want the recipe to be even healthier, you can use whole wheat pasta.

Hope it tastes good! Have a nice day ahead :)
