Hi! Today I'm in a fusion mood again, pork is on the wish list from the pod and something that is rarely used in northern India. You can indeed find dishes with pork in western India, or rather in beautiful Goa which is India's answer to the south. It was on the west/south coast that Vasco Da Gama set foot (and thought he had reached Australia!). Incidentally, it was the Portuguese who brought chili with them, I have heard. Thus the vindaalo strength arose.
The barbecue season offers many possibilities and it's great to enjoy the good weather and spend less time in the kitchen. A fresh salad , Indian-style corn on the cob, coriander potato salad , till wale alu , dressing or mango vinaigrette . In other words: you have a sea of possibilities among the recipes on the blog.
