Fresh homemade tomato juice

Hi everyone, today I'm here with a quick and easy tip. I'm certainly a fan of putting a little effort into cooking, but now I'm going to enjoy the good weather too. I love soaking up the sun on the terrace, preferably with a good book or lying on the swing with classical Indian music.

When I'm out and about flying, I think tomato juice is really good and think "I need to drink that more often". Then I forget about it when I'm home. The other day I actually got to try it out, and it's so simple, delicious, healthy and filling!! It's also full of vitamin C. If you have sun-ripened tomatoes or good quality ones, the taste is even better. This kind of juice is a luxury abroad because then the tomatoes, pineapple, red onion, etc. have a completely different taste.

Add some homemade crispbread or foccacia with coriander flavor , and you have a quick lunch. This will definitely be repeated for me! Here I use some well-ripened tomatoes. I often hear that others remove the skin first and strain the juice, but I haven't done that, it turns out fuller and better. In any case, it's a matter of taste and completely up to the individual. Here is my variation.

TOMATO JUICE (2 glasses)

4 tomatoes

¼ tsp pepper

1/3 tsp salt

¼ teaspoon sugar

Procedure:

Rinse the tomatoes well, remove the stem and the middle hard part.
Divide them into 8 and blend everything with a hand blender until smooth. If you need to strain out the tomato flesh, let it drain through a sieve.
