Today I have an addition to my mango mania , my favorite!

The recipe was actually created by the youngest, 16, who is actively involved in the family business. My 3 children are lactose intolerant and the youngest also cannot tolerate wheat flour, so together we like to try dishes without these ingredients.
This is super delicious and super easy, no gluten or eggs and you can make it with coconut milk if you have guests who don't want milk protein. Fermented milk made from soy or oats can also be used. For non-allergic people, use plain yogurt or natural cottage cheese. Could it be easier?
MANGO ICE CREAM
½ l soy yogurt
½ l mango puree
Various nut mixes
Optional currants/juiced apples

Procedure:
- Mix yogurt and mango puree.
- Chop nuts and, if desired, juice.
- Place the nuts in the bottom of a round cake pan and pour the mixture over.
- Place in the freezer overnight or until everything has hardened.
Garnish with mango puree on top or fresh fruit and nuts.
