Waffle Day - potato waffles

Hi! Today is International Waffle Day and of course I have to share my recipes! Since I have shared a healthy and gluten-free recipe before, I thought I would share a new one. Here's my new twist. A little different than the usual, familiar waffle. Super easy and we think it's good here at home! A little mango chutney or raita tastes even better.

POTATO WAFFLES

300 gr grated potato

1/2 tbsp coriander paste

a little salt if necessary

Mix everything and spread in a hot waffle iron, the rest you can...

You can of course also vary it with tandoori or curry paste. If you want it very mild, just season with salt and pepper as desired.
