Spiced up turkey

The post contains advertising links.

Hi everyone! Hope you had a great Christmas. It's been so nice with the kids here at home and of course other nice family visits that go with it. Now it's not long until the next holiday and that's why I want to give you a tip about turkey that's spiced up a bit. Maybe this could be a suggestion for New Year's dinner.

I have shown how to make the side dishes, the vegetables , before. You can of course do it in a different way, but this will give a little more flavor than the traditional feast. Follow the steps in the post I have linked to above.

TANDOORI TURKEY

1 kg turkey

Tandoori paste

Procedure:

Marinate the entire meat well with the paste and then prick with a sharp knife so that the marinade doesn't just add flavor to the outside.

Place the marinated turkey on the vegetables and drizzle with 3-4 tablespoons of oil before placing in the oven. Leave to marinate for at least two hours, preferably overnight. Set the oven to 230 degrees for 45 minutes.
