What's better than a summery, filling and healthy breakfast now that the holidays are underway? Here's a tip that I think will appeal to most people. What are your breakfast routines? :)
This is what you need:
Cottage cheese
Desired fruits and berries - I used banana, blueberries and strawberries
Mango puree
Mix everything in a bowl, sprinkle with mango puree along the way and serve!
I have suggested this without nuts, as there are several people with nut allergies, but it is very good with muesli or granola on top. Toasted nuts can also be a sure hit! If you want more mango recipes, you can find them HERE .
