Surprise with cheese // Panir

I hope you still find the advent calendar enjoyable. Seeing as how few people have responded today, maybe the question was a bit difficult? I can give you a hint and say that you should look at the post from the Sunday newsletter.

I know the posts lately have only been about the advent calendar, but on to something completely different and very fun! Tomorrow at 12:00 you have to follow VGtv. If you have a Canal Digital TV package it will also be on channel 7. Can't reveal much more, but I hope you have the opportunity to catch it with you! I'm preparing for it tonight. That's why I'm going to show you how to make Indian cheese, paneer. This is very popular and you can make so many amazing things with paneer.

This is what you need:

2l milk

l liter of kefir

Boil milk.

Then add kefir

When it boils, wait until it looks like this

strain through cheesecloth

Squeeze out the rest of the water, first with your palms and then by placing something heavy on top. This is very important because the cheese can crumble during heating if there is still water left. Shape the cheese into a cake.

For example, use two graters and place the cheese in the middle, then a pot of water on top. Do this for at least 2 hours.

Cut in a diamond shape, like syrup slices.

Hope you'll follow along tomorrow :) Remember that it's not too late to answer today's question in the calendar.
