INDIAN WRAP
Wraps have become the fancy "new" word for a large bag that can be filled with different ingredients. True, wraps are larger to accommodate the filling. In India we have a long tradition of such bread called chapati or roti . Recently I shared the recipe for gluten-free chickpea flour flatbread , here is a good vegetarian filling that I like. Otherwise I can suggest soy "meat" dough , tandoori chicken and falafel .

GLUTEN-FREE WRAPS WITH FILLING
2 tbsp Nirus coriander paste
4 tablespoons plain yogurt or creme fraiche
500 gr paneer
Procedure:
- Mix coriander paste and yoghurt
- Cut the paneer into cubes and marinate in the mixture
- Fry the paneer pieces in a frying pan or at 225 degrees for 10 minutes.
