Potatoes oh yes…it's a shame with such a negative focus on potatoes I think. People who are trying to lose weight drop it completely, but I can't understand how it can be so bad. I think it's very good anyway and here is my side dish for summer grilling. People forget that there is iron and vitamin C in them too, which is important for my diet anyway. Here I haven't used any kind of fat or salt, only the cheese which adds flavor and walnuts are a good source of omega-3.

It is clear that the amount of intake is important, most people eat far too much. In fact, it takes 20 minutes for the brain to perceive the feeling of fullness! My motto is: eat everything, but rather a smaller portion. Here is a simple and tasty vegetarian variant, if you are on a diet you can of course use sweet potatoes instead. New potatoes and Amandine are best to use, you do not need to peel them, but wash them well. So that they do not become soggy, it is important that they are dried well before grilling. If it is not grilling season, they can be cooked in the oven at 250 degrees with hot air, for about 20 minutes.
