Cod with flavor

It's always fun to experiment a bit in the kitchen. The right combinations of flavors result in great dishes. Here I've made a simple dish, but added a little flavor to spice up the cod. At home, it went down well with the guinea pigs, hope you like it too :)

FLAVOURED TORKS

2 fillets (fish of your choice, or other meat)

Sesame seeds

Optional seasoning, but here I have used salt, pepper and a little garlic

Optional vegetables


Start by brushing the fillet with oil.

IMG_3374 Then roll in sesame seeds.

Put butter in a pan and fry the fillets for 2 minutes on each side. When the fillets start to cook, fry the vegetables on the side. It's good to just add some seeds to the vegetables! Sprinkle with optional spices here.

Add chutney and optionally raita and mango chutney if you wish - and serve! Here it is served with Masalamagic's "Special Mango chutney", with mango and ginger.
