Tandoori salmon burger

Good day! Hope you all had a nice celebration on Sunday :) It was a long, but very pleasant day for us. Very nice to see that so many clicked in to read the post about May 17th! Yesterday was spent in meetings, but a few days ago I made something tempting and summery that suits the season we are entering.

Grilling season is just around the corner, we haven't even taken it out yet. Or have you started already? Here I come with a tasty recipe that can be both grilled and fried!

SALMON BURGER

225 gr salmon fillet

1 ½ tbsp tandoori paste

25 g red onion

2 tbsp Coriander

2-3 tablespoons water

Procedure:

Measure and mash in a mixer.

Shape into a burger and fry in a pan or grill.
