Shrimp korma

Korma is mild and flavorful, like my other pastes it can be used for all kinds of ingredients. Today I can suggest it for scampi and what do you think? It was bingo! This will definitely be repeated, because I like happy faces around the dinner table.

KORMA SCAMPI

1 good tablespoon Nirus korma paste

1-2 tablespoons creme fraiche

250 gr Scampi (cleaned)

1 dl water or cream

Shrimp korma

Procedure:

Heat the paste and creme fraiche in a frying pan. Add the scampi and add the liquid after 1-2 minutes. The dish is ready to eat after a few minutes.

Here I have served it with spinach rice and raita with pomegranate seeds.
