Masala scampi

Today we're making it simple and easy with a tasty and quick dish. Feel free to use raw, cleaned, large scampi, I prefer them. These can be served as finger food, served with, for example, potato salad or chickpea salad .

This works for both everyday life and parties, not least because it's made in no time! The dish was gone in seconds when I served it at home, so the taste shouldn't be a problem. Hehe. Hope you like it too

Masala Scampi

2 tablespoons oil

1 tsp dried mango powder

1-2 cloves grated garlic

1 tsp chili powder

1 teaspoon turmeric

1 tsp garam masala

Salt to taste

200 g scampi

Procedure:

Mix lemon juice and spices to marinate with scampi for half an hour. Roast for 10 minutes at 225 degrees in the middle of the oven or in a frying pan.

Tastes delicious with, for example, coriander potatoes , papadam , raita and lime chutney .
