Crab is not something Indian, you might say, but it certainly is. India is a large country with great variation in language, culture, traditions and eating habits. Along the coast in southern and eastern India there are many varied dishes with seafood. North Indian cuisine is the least known for seafood. In a couple of weeks I will be taking a group to southern India and on a previous trip such a dish was served on the houseboat.
In addition, we food bloggers have started a recipe challenge with each other and this time it is Ina behind Mat på bodden who has chosen potatoes. So I think it would be fun to experiment a bit!

The feedback from the guests was mixed. For Norwegians, there may be a lot of spice in this dish, while others may find it exciting. If you think that sounds like a lot, try half the amount of spices first and taste it.
