Salmon roll

Being creative with food is about experimenting and daring to push the boundaries a little. When I started my cooking classes, I heard Indian friends say: Norwegians won't like raita and spicy food. You shouldn't make food too spicy, which is why it's extra fun to see today that more people like my spicy chili pickle.

The other day a lady came by the course center and wanted 6 glasses (!), three for herself and three for her sister. So fun! :) Likewise, today we see more fish recipes with ginger and garlic, this was completely unthinkable a few decades ago.

Chili pickle looks like this by the way and can be purchased at our course center. Send an email to niru@masalamagic if you need this fresh treat! :)

Here is a recipe that my 15 year old daughter has put together, it was well received at home. Try it too, I have made fish with coriander . When I started the blog I also shared this recipe with chicken . Here is an exciting combination of smoked salmon with mango and lime chutney, among other things.

This is what you need:

1 bag

About 1 tablespoon cream cheese (spices)

1 tablespoon mango and lime chutney

2 tablespoons diced bell pepper

Arugula (as needed)

Two smoked salmon slices

3 cm celery
