Simple and tasty saithe

The post contains an advertising link.

Saithe is a fish that is very quick to marinate and has a lot of flavor in it. You can make a delicious dinner so easily. My curry paste is of Indian HOT strength so it is very flavorful and you don't need much for it to kick a little.

IMG_1764 This is what you need:

500 gr saithe fillet

1 tbsp curry paste

slices of red onion

a tomato in slices

fresh coriander

Procedure:

Place the saithe fillet on aluminum foil, brush with curry paste. If you want a milder flavor, use less curry paste. Place slices of red onion on top, then good tomato slices and whole stalks of fresh coriander. Bake in the oven at 250 ° for about 12 minutes. IMG_1758

Garnish with lots of fresh coriander and serve with your choice of side dishes. If you don't have pollock, you can of course use other white fish.
