Saithe is a fish that is very quick to marinate and has a lot of flavor in it. You can make a delicious dinner so easily. My curry paste is of Indian HOT strength so it is very flavorful and you don't need much for it to kick a little.
This is what you need:
500 gr saithe fillet
1 tbsp curry paste
slices of red onion
a tomato in slices
fresh coriander
Procedure:
Place the saithe fillet on aluminum foil, brush with curry paste. If you want a milder flavor, use less curry paste. Place slices of red onion on top, then good tomato slices and whole stalks of fresh coriander. Bake in the oven at 250 ° for about 12 minutes.
Garnish with lots of fresh coriander and serve with your choice of side dishes. If you don't have pollock, you can of course use other white fish.
