Hi everyone! It's been a bit quiet here on the blog the last few days, I just have to apologize - BUT I'm working on some updates for the blog, which will come very soon. Hopefully during tomorrow. Now that it's the weekend I thought I'd share a super quick, really good and not least tasty. Yes, namely - a new mango dessert!
This is what you need:
A can of mango puree
6 tablespoons powdered sugar
6 dl heavy cream
Toasted almonds
Toast almonds in the middle of the oven at 175 degrees for about 10 minutes. Then cool and roughly crush them. Whip the cream, mix in powdered sugar and mango puree. Pour into sweet glasses or bowls and garnish with toasted almonds. Easy peasy!
