Tandoori meatballs with cabbage

It's easy to repeat simple dinners in a stressful everyday life. That's why I thought I'd give you a tip about a familiar dish that can be eaten both with and on several dishes. Among other things in salads and wraps , on pizza or with spaghetti. All familiar and child-friendly dishes. Also attached is a salad recipe if you want to spice it up even more.

TANDOORI MEATBALLS

400 g minced meat

2 tablespoons tandoori paste

2 tablespoons sour cream (or lactose-free cottage cheese or soy yogurt)

Procedure:

Shape into buns and bake in the oven at 225 degrees for 10 minutes.

If you want sauce, you can take 1 tablespoon of paste, sour cream/cottage cheese in a saucepan. Add water when it starts to sizzle a little. You have to adjust the proportions according to the desired strength of taste and amount of sauce.
