Curry is a well-known sauce from Indian cuisine. In addition, we have a spice mix that can consist of up to 20 different spices. This mix can vary from state to state. Here you can taste my curry paste that is crushed with oil and my spice mix without any artificial preservatives or additives. Not least, it is both gluten- and dairy-free.
Paste means mash and is basically the same as a pesto. You can use this to make many exciting dishes with Indian flavor. My curry paste is strong, if you want a milder flavor you should add a little liquid. Both water and cream can be used.

If you want to cook dinner in a hurry, I have the following tips:
400 g minced meat
2 tablespoons curry paste
1 bell pepper
optionally some mushrooms or other desired vegetables
a sprinkle of fresh coriander
Procedure:
Fry the minced meat with the paste in a hot frying pan, add the diced bell pepper and sliced mushrooms. Finish with fresh chopped coriander towards the end.
