Procedure:
Mash chickpeas and potatoes, add onion cubes and the rest of the ingredients. Shape into hamburgers or sausages and fry in a frying pan or on a wooden skewer for frying in the oven or grill. Serve with nan , salad or gluten-free hamburger buns. As an accompaniment, it tastes good with raita on top either as a dip / dressing and a delicious chutney. We have mango and lime chutney , mango chutney and date chutney . (Advertisement for our own products).
