This weekend I cooked in big pots and I mean really big ones , which you know I think is great fun! There were 245 mouths to feed and this delicious menu was served: Chicken tikka masala, lamb curry, Basmati rice , the delicious festive bread naan , potatoes and peas, spicy chickpeas, raita, papadam and my tasty mango chutney.
The event was a collaboration with the talented Ronnie Ottem and Personligeoplevelser. The premises were colorfully decorated and the guests were welcomed by team Masalamagic with bindi and tikka. Indian music, laughter and entertainment are definitely included. So all in all a very successful event and satisfied guests. Here are some pictures.
