The scent of India – Masalamagic on tour in northern India

NAMASTE here is a greeting from my culinary journey in northern India. We are now about halfway through the journey, 3 cities and a couple of small towns have already been covered. The cameras show around 700 photos on average per person so far and there will be more!

We have visited castles, stayed in palaces, mansions and modern city hotels, visited temples, experienced culinary arts, camel safaris and stayed in the desert, rode elephants in the royal city, rickshawed in the old town, visited a public primary school, watched snake dances and shopped for saffron, traditional spices, Peshmina scarves, Indian t-shirts, silk, linen and marble +++. Still waiting for the wildlife, maybe we'll see the tiger?? The end is the icing on the cake - the crown jewel of the Taj Mahal.

Approximately 2300 km are covered high and low, filled with contrasts, experiences of shock and joy. The temperature is wonderful with its 30-34 degrees and we have clearly got a little tan. Furthermore, we get new taste experiences every day with specialties from each place we visit. In other words, it is easy to overeat 🙂

I am privileged to live out my dream, not only in the course kitchen or meeting consumers in stores, but also with wonderful refreshment through such trips. Every day is spent with expectant people who are looking forward to great experiences with Masalamagic.

A thousand, thousand thanks to all the participants and clients for the trust and opportunity. Every trip is different and I enjoy seeing happy and satisfied travel companions experience the "Scent of India". I have posted a little along the way on instastory and mystory on snapchat. The name is masalamagic if you don't already follow me 🙂 After the trip is over, I will meet the rest of the family in New Delhi and we will go on to a wedding.
