Chocolate coffee

Coffee is good and chocolate is good, but together it's delicious! Don't you agree? Try it and I'd love to hear from you. If you think it's the same if you just mix powdered coffee and chocolate together, think again.

A little extra whisking and time with the ingredients is required. These little details give an extra lift and the taste changes, I think it's definitely worth it.

Inspiration for extra comfort for 2 people:

2-3 teaspoons instant coffee

2 teaspoons brown sugar

1 teaspoon water

4 dl light milk

2-3 tablespoons cream

4 dark chocolate squares

Procedure:

  • Mix coffee, sugar and water in a glass with a spoon and stir until you get a fluffy mass. Note, you must stir until it gets the right consistency.
  • Boil the milk and whisk when it is almost boiling. Remove the top layer of foam for decoration when serving.
  • Mix the chocolate squares and coffee mixture into the milk and bring to a rapid boil while whisking. This must be done quickly so that the foam for decoration does not collapse.
  • Pour into a cup, garnish with 1 tablespoon of milk foam and grated dark chocolate. Mmmmm

Other coffee varieties that can be recommended are iced coffee or coffee in the Indian style.
