Cardamom coffee

YES, you saw that right. I use spices in most things, even coffee. Cardamom has such a phenomenal taste. Here, boiling water and adding cardamom powder from a jar is not the same. It is easy to grind or crush the capsules in a mortar, with a capsule. We throw away way too much and there is a lot of flavor in the capsule, it can definitely be used when boiling in water or milk.

Take a little half an hour today and treat yourself to an extra treat in your everyday life.

Cardamom coffee (1 serving)

1 cup water

2 cardamom pods

Powdered coffee to taste

2-3 tablespoons whipped cream for decoration (can be omitted)

Procedure:

Crush cardamom pods, boil them with water. Cover to preserve the aroma.

Put water and desired amount of coffee in a cup, top with whipped cream and garnish with a little cardamom.
