A classic margarita is made with three ingredients: tequila, citrus liqueur, and lime juice. You can make several variations of it, for example using vodka instead of tequila or strawberries instead of lime juice (source: Wikipedia).
Here I have made a variation with mango. Since such drinks are not exactly my strong suit, I got the recipe from a family friend who is a bartender. He has attended London Bar school, so that is a safe source. Thank you very much, Rikesh Mistry :)
MANGO MARGARITA
4 cl tequila
2 cl cointreau
2 cl lime juice
4-6 tablespoons mango puree
ice cubes

Here's how:
- Place sea salt and chili flakes in a dish. Lightly brush the rim of the glasses with lime juice. Carefully dip the rim of the glass into the mixture until you get a delicious rim. You can of course omit the chili or use a milder variety to bring out the play of colors.
- Mix everything in a blender so that you get an airy consistency.
- Carefully pour into the glass, garnish with a lime wedge if desired.
