Here is a healthy recipe that can be used year-round and especially when you want something cold without bubbles or calories.
COLD FENNEL CHAI
2 dl water
1 tablespoon fennel
2 teaspoons brown sugar
3-4 ice cubes
Procedure:
- Crush half of the fennel seeds and boil the entire amount of seeds with water. Let steep under a lid for 10 minutes with sugar if desired.
- Place ice cubes in a glass, use a tea strainer and add chilled chai.
