Ice cream is YUMMY no matter the season, at least I think so. I also love chocolate and two good things together can't be anything but SUPER GOOD. If I get a good cup of coffee with this, it's the icing on the cake. You don't need anything else with this! Sometimes I have cream left over and this is a great dessert to have in the freezer. I made it with lactose-free cream, if you're vegan you can use oat cream or soy cream in the same way. Here's how to make it in 1-2-3.

MANGO CREAM WITH CHOCOLATE
6 dl heavy cream
2 tablespoons sugar
600 gr Nirus mango puree
150 g dark chocolate
Procedure:
Whip the cream and sugar, mix in the mango puree and chocolate pieces. Pour into a mold and put it in the freezer.
