Mango sorbet

I can never get enough of mangoes and with the ready-made puree I also avoid peeling and removing stones etc. Just 5 years ago I was peeling and pureeing mangoes to the big gold medal! In the end I almost got sick from the smell. Believe me, if you have peeled 5 kg, then you won't eat mangoes for a while. Now the new delivery is in place in the "easy open" variant, meaning you don't have to use the can opener either! Hip, hooray for that

For me, it's just as popular in summer as it is in winter. Mango sorbet is easy to make, far too easy to eat and you can safely count on two of each without a guilty conscience! If you're really lazy, you can actually freeze it straight from the can too.

MANGO SORBET

300 gr mango puree

150 g water

2 tablespoons lime juice

Coconut pulp to taste

Mango puree (Advertising for own products)

Procedure:

  • Mix everything well. Place in ice cube trays and place in the freezer.
  • As a small change, they can be dipped in coconut paste before serving.
