As I have mentioned before, the main reason why mango puree is in my food series is both the taste and the use all year round. The taste of Indian mango is unique, my mouth is watering just thinking about it.. In addition, it is used a lot in desserts. That is why I thought of creating a separate category on this topic, where I will come up with some recipes over the course of a month. It is nice to inspire you and at the same time show how many different ways it can be used! I can promise you that there will be a lot of good things in the future :) not least quite healthy when we talk about fruit. I thought I would start with something simple today. A fantastically good and tasty smoothie as a snack or dessert.
This is what you need:
1 kiwi
4 dl frozen strawberries
4 dl mango puree
Optional ice cubes
Blend all ingredients in a blender or food processor until smooth. As easy as that!
Maybe it will be a healthy dessert this weekend or a smoothie after training? :)
