Just wanted to drop by and tell you about this super simple and delicious dessert. Not least, it is relatively healthy, compared to cakes and other baked goods. Now that Christmas is approaching and there are many dinners, parties and Christmas tables, this could be a good one to serve.
You need:
1-2 tablespoons vanilla cottage cheese
1-2 tbsp Mango puree
2 pieces of crushed breadcrumbs
This is intended for about 2 servings, of course it also depends on the size of the glass. It can quickly become very sweet with just vanilla cottage cheese, so I would recommend the middle layer with a more neutral yogurt or regular cottage cheese. By doing this you balance the flavors a lot, since mango itself is quite sweet. It is completely okay to use just vanilla cottage cheese, if you want to enjoy it a little extra :)
Start with cottage cheese, then mango puree and finally sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Here I have done this in two batches, but this is completely up to you. If you like nuts, you can also sprinkle it with breadcrumbs. Alternatively, this can be a good breakfast if you use muesli, oatmeal and nuts on it.
